USA/Canada Orders
Orders from USA and Canada are shipped through UPS unless customer requests another carrier. You have also the possibility to get your laptop personally from the company's main quarter. Here are the prices for single unit insured shipping to USA/Canada:

Payment
USA customers can pay by all major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), PayPal, Money order, Company and Personal Checks, Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Western Union Money Transfer. For orders over $2000 Wire Transfer is the preferred method.
International Payment
Unfortunately, international orders can be paid only by Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check or Western Union Money Transfer. The quickest and less expensive way is by Wire Transfer. If you don't want to use the Wire Transfer for any reason, we advice you to find Western Union agent in your local area and use Western Union Money Transfer. Battery
Battery is also under warranty as all other parts and components, which means 3 months in most cases. However, battery is not guaranteed to have any specific lifetime. In practice, that means it should hold charge for the whole warranty period but it is not specified if it would be for 1 minute or 1 hour.

Returns
Within 7 days of purchase date, you have a right to return the purchased laptop. However, if you would like to get the money back, you will be charged 20% restocking fee. You can also decide to put the money on your store credit without any additional charges. Then you can use your store credit to buy another merchandises from USAnotebook.com online store.
