They have rather small amount of offers and simple site design. However, good descriptions, good warranty conditions and free shipping make their offers definitely worth considering.

Shipping
Orders are shipped through FedEx Ground or Federal Express 2nd day, 1 to 3 days after your order is received by The Laptop Outlet. However, if you pay by check it may last even 10 business days, because orders are shipped after the payment is cleared.
Payment
USA customers can pay by all major Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), Wire Transfer, Money Order, Official Cashier's Check or Official Bank Check. For residents of California the tax is applicable. All other customers receive a tax break.
International Orders
Customers from outside USA (also Canada and Puerto Rico) are not allowed to pay by Credit Card. If you are ordering from outside USA, you have to pay by Wire Transfer, International Money Order, Official Cashier's Check or Official Bank Check. Personal Checks are not accepted.

Laptops
Laptops may be factory refurbished or new, so called "box opened" products. They may also come from discontinued series. All are fully tested and cleaned.
Accessories And Upgrade Components
Very little offer of additional accessories. No memories, hard disk drives or other upgrade components.
Warranty
Every laptop comes with 6 months to 2 years manufacturer warranty.
Battery
All laptops come with a battery warranty for at least 6 months period. The battery is guaranteed to hold a charge for at least 1 hour under average use, which means working with one application with the use of drives for no more than 25% of total time.
Returns
You can return a laptop within 30 calendar days of invoicing. The Laptop Outlet gets 15% of restocking fee in such case. You will be not refunded for shipping.
