- Pentium II - PC66 low-density SDRAM SO-DIMM modules.
- Pentium III - PC100 or PC133 SDRAM SO-DIMM modules.
- Pentium 4 - DDR-RAM SO-DIMM modules.
Refurbished Memory
Looking for memory offers for your laptop, you may encounter refurbished memory modules. It basically means that they are used equipment but carefully checked by manufacturer or reseller. They usually come with good price and few months warranty.
